Contact Us

If you believe your constitutional rights have been violated, please send us an email describing the situation, including any relevant background information.  We will review your information, and if it appears that you may have a valid claim, we will forward your information to one of our affiliated attorneys or provide you with a list of attorneys in your area knowledgable in this area of law.  Lawyers affiliated with the C.L.D.G. are independent private attorneys, and not employees of the C.L.D.G.   As a referral organization, our role is limited to providing referrals to attorneys knowledgeable in this are of law, negotiating reduced fees, and facilitating the efficient handling of claims.   Keep in mind that by simply contacting us, no attorney-client relationship is established.  Also be advised that your claim may be subject to a statute of limitations,  and excessive delay in filing may create a complete bar to recovery.

Commencement of our referral service is on hold pending approval from the State Bar of New York.  We are currently accepting applications from attorneys interested in handling civil rights claims and possessing the requisite knowledge and experience.  We are also seeking attorneys and law students interested in conducting research for amicus curiae briefs or serving as editors on our journal.
